This house located near the corner of A STREET & B STREET across from X Grocery Store. The house is now condemned by the City. We need to rid our community of such as these eye sores. The house and land has become a dumping place for other people's trash and rubbish, overgrown trees, grass and weeds nearby as tall as the house. X community needs to be clean of all such places." "This picture catch my vision on day when my friend Josh first time fliping an he didn't no no one was watching him flip so I got my came an snap the picture"

This is a picture of a pile of trash that I took a picture of because the people who do this does not care about the community or the environment of which we live in that'' why it is up to every one in X community to keep our community clean." "This is an old house that no one lives in. It looks as if someone is working on it and maybe try to fix it up so it will be for a family. It has a big yard and would be very nice."

A Dream Field I would like to see a big Super Market on this field so the people of our community could shop near home. There would never be a shortage of customers cause we support several small stores already. All the neighborhood would have to support such a venture in order to keep our money at home. It is time for the people of X to spend our money in X so it can work for X. I believe an X community owned Supermarket would be a good start. That's my dream." "The Old House Once there was an old house and old woman stayed in the old house. The old house the old woman stayed in was horrible. It has rats and roaches, the ceiling had holes in it and just nasty. Her family came to visit one day and she told them she was dying. It was shocking and the kids were crying and they heard her say, "Please fix my house before I die". The family said, "yes, we will do it right away". So days passed by and the house was the same. The old woman finally died in the old house and the family had came right after she died and they said, "It's too late, we should had did it right away. The meaning of this story means we can not sit and we have to do things in Acres Homes right away."

This boy is a senior citizen. He doesn't have good AC but this kid is polite and kind and respective. This kids mother is very polite and respective and his house is very nice and his house has a very good designer and the plants are very beautiful. This has a very good backyard and a very good front yard. This story is important to me because I get to know his mom and father is very nice and respective and the kid, Andrew, is very kind and respectful. This story effects me personally because most people wouldn't talk to me or let me in their yard or discuss with me about their house and talk to the kids or their parents. This family is a great Senior Citizen in a great community." "This lady is a senior citizen. She doesn't have an AC. I've known her for thirteen years now. I've helped this lady clear out her garage and clean up her yard. I've done a lot of stuff for this lady and her great grand children. One day I hope to return that favor because she's a nice lady and she's very strict. This lady has a very good yard and a very decent house and their front yard has very beautiful plants. Their backyard is very big. This story ends with me looking at the house and talking to the lady that owns the house and her family and her and her family being a senior citizen in X community and hope that their community becomes a safer environment and I wish her and her family lots of luck."

"One of the reasons why I picked this picture is because this land could attract rodents like rats, snakes, possums, and roaches. It makes our community look bad. If our land is our community looks like a dump, other people in and out of our community will dump in our community. This is located on X Street" "This is a good place where there is not trash dumped on the property. This is a place where kids and senior citizens can come and check out books. The library has little activities when little kids can come to learn how to read and write."

"The Welcome Wall This grafitied wall is one of the latest landmarks that announce that you are now entering the community of X community. Someone, thankfully, stopped this from becoming a potentially "hot" motel spot. We are sadly closed off by this defaced wall, inside a community without a view. It was the last straw that broke the camels back. Before this wall and the rest of the trash pile left from this abondoned project, I could pretend we belonged to City Name." "The picture I picked was of Mr. Name Undisclosed. He is 56 and has been blind for 23 years. He is married to Name she is 43, she is blind also, she has been blind for 37 years. They have 2 kids whom are still in elementary and high school. They have been staying in Mr. Name Undisclosed dead mother's home. Mr. Name is also over-weight he has had 2 heart surgerys. Their ceilings have enourmus holes in it."

"The picture I picked was of Mr. Benjamin Reed. He is 56 and has been blind for 23 years. He is married to Patricia Reed she is 43, she is blind also, she has been blind for 37 years. They have 2 kids whom are still in elementary and high school. They have been staying in Mr. Reeds dead mother's home. Mr. Reed is also over-weight he has had 2 heart surgerys. Their ceilings have enourmus holes in it."
"This man is 80 years old and cannot do anything for himself. He cannot even work around his home anymore. All of his children have moved away and his wife died 10 years agod I wish that Mr. Name Undisclosed had someone to fix his home for him"

"A Big Eyesore This is a well known area to all of us. This is a picture of a building on the corner of West Street Name and X Street. This is an abandoned building, with the roof torn off, glass all around on the ground, trash, bottles, trees/bushes growing and whatever else that happens here in this building. This building is not boarded up, doors are not locked, but left open. This building should be kept up or something, to be on on one of X community’s main streets. This does not inspire anyone to want to live in our neighborhood. It is an eyesore. It is a disaster waiting to happen. This is a sad place to see, least know having to drive past it. Community, we must have more than that this! What are we going to do??" "Illegal Dumping This picture display an illegal dump site, all too familiar in X community, with not only lots of trash and filth, but the unknown assailant also left old rotten tires...lots of them! I did not see a sign saying "city dump" or it's okay to dump here, or a house near by for heavy trash or anything that would indicate that this trash could be left there! We were just riding down the road here in X community, between X street and West Street and BOOM!; 30 ft. of trash on the side of the road in an unkept lot! Unfortunately, this story, at the present time, doesn't have an ending, because all through this neighborhood, and I'm sure throughout X community, one can find illegal dumping! Do I sound upset....well I mean to sound upset, and everyone that calls X community home should be upset, because this is deplorable, unsanitary and an ugly site for our neighborhood!"

"The Need for a Grocery Store This is the picture of a grocery store that has been in business since I was eight years old. This store has been thriving for at least fifty years. One can find about everything here including lottery machines. The owners won't participate in or contribute to anything we do in the neighborhood. Why do we support them when they grab their children, fine expensive cars and our money and dash out of X community before dark everyday?" "A man sitting in his front yard. He needs help, home need repairing, yard needs cleaning up. Personally, I'm affected because we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us "time to give" a helping hand."

No story "The pictue exciting me the camera man because we were having a good time that day. They dared me to turn a flip but I didn't because I didn't no what was the deal, so I don the dare in my friend got the camera in snap the picture so it was all a trick but it was fun!"

"Apathetic Sight, one of the largest minority subdivisions in the Greater City Name area. Here is one of the reasons X community doesn't have as good a reputation as other parts of City Name. The abandoned "house" in this picture is clearly pathetic; look at the holes in the floor, the roof caving in in one section, and breaking in half in the other, windows boarded up, junk in the yard; can we even say that his was a house? The owner could have at least rebuild the house, clear the lot or tear it down and build another, for a sale or rent of the property. " The People Who Are Afraid of Making Waves This is a cemetary where somone's loved ones are buried. Someone must have cared at one time and tried to make this cemetary beautiful. This sign post is empty. Who is responsible for the tragic eye sore that sits at the intersection of one of XX’s busy streets? I sat parked at the entrance of this grave yard afraid to really get out and walk around. The brush was so high many tombstone's were covered. Not with fresh flowers, but tall grass and rubbish. As you can see, this is not easily noticed from the street."
